The Mucusless Diet. A new beginning.

In this post I discuss the basic premise of the mucusless diet. As created by Professor Arnold Ehret in 1922. Having personally tried out a variety of healing modalities. Including 30 day juice fasts. And having put into practice all the various diets. With the exception of eating a long term vegan diet. I still find myself sticking myself with an insulin syringe to stay alive.

Although I am grateful for the over 20 years that taking insulin has added to my life. I am constantly looking for ways to improve my health. And have a chance of leaving the injections behind. I calculated at one point that I have taken well over 40,000 insulin shots. And that is just accounting for 4 insulin shots a day. I promise there have been times in my life where I had to take 6 or even 8 shots in a single day. Which would put the number closer to 60,000 or even 80,000 insulin shots.

These insulin shots have certainly kept me alive. But they have also been a hinderance on my quality of life. Not to mention the fear I struggle with in terms of making sure I have everything I need to get through a day. This includes a minimum of 2 types of insulin, syringes, blood glucose testing supplies, and fast acting sugar in case of a low.

Living with type 1 diabetes has kept me from doing some of the things I had wanted to do the most. Which is why I make every attempt to improve the quality of my health. And my enjoyment of life as a result.

I will be posting regularly about the results I am seeing from applying Professor Arnold Ehret’s Mucusless Diet Healing System. Discussing what foods are mucus (and disease) forming. As well as foods that do not produce mucus. Helping the body in its attempts to rid itself of toxins.
